1. Who is the administrator of your data?

The administrator of your personal data is the Fundacja Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości „Twój StartUp” with its registered office in Warsaw (address: ul. Żurawia 6/12, lok. 766, 00-503 Warsaw).

2. Why do we process your Data?

  • In connection with the services provided via the platform consisting of participation in training and workshops as well as individual consultations, i.e. in order to conclude or perform the contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation). Your data will be stored until the contract is performed.
  • For marketing and promotion purposes of products offered by the Entrepreneurship Development Foundation "Twój StartUp", which are our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation). Your data will be processed until you object.
  • Fulfilling all legal obligations incumbent on us in connection with the cooperation undertaken (Article 6(1)(c) of the Regulation), including keeping documents for the time indicated in the law.
  • In order to adapt the marketing content depending on location, which is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation).
  • In order to possibly establish, pursue or defend against claims, which is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation).
  • In order to ensure the proper implementation of services and improve their quality by monitoring the actions of users, which is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation).
  • If you give your consent, your data will be processed within the limits and for the purpose indicated in the expressed consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation). Data will be processed until the consent is withdrawn.

3. What data are processed?

To conclude the contract, we require the data on the forms (if you do not provide them, we will not conclude the contract). In addition, we may ask for optional data that does not affect the conclusion of the contract.

During the term of the contract, when providing services, we come into possession of your other data. The appearance of your personal data with us is a consequence of the operation of our services, which you use.

4. Who will the data be shared with?

  • Public authorities, to the extent that they do not receive data in a specific procedure under the law.
  • Entities that process your personal data on behalf of the Foundation on the basis of an agreement for entrusting the processing of personal data (processors), including: Foundation beneficiaries, IT specialists, archiving companies, entities providing banking and payment services, hosting companies.
  • External data controllers (so-called Parallel Administrators), e.g. legal advisers and lawyers, entities conducting courier or postal activities, entities acquiring receivables.
  • Employees and associates of the Foundation under authorization.
  • Entities located outside the EEA, but only if necessary and with an adequate level of protection, in particular by cooperation with entities in countries for which the relevant European Commission decision has been issued, or by application of standard contractual clauses issued by the European Commission.

The administrator always informs about the intention to transfer personal data outside the EEA at the stage of their collection.

5. Automated decisions?

Your data will not be subject to profiling, i.e. automated analysis of your data and development of predictions about preferences or future behaviour.

6. What are your rights?

  • The right to access personal data processed by us (Art. 15 of the Regulation).
  • The right to rectify the entrusted personal data (Art. 16 of the Regulation).
  • The right to delete personal data — the "right to be forgotten" (Art. 17 of the Regulation).
  • Right to restriction of the processing of personal data (Art. 18 of the Regulation).
  • Right to data portability in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format (Art. 20 of the Regulation).
  • The right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time (Art. 7(3) of the Regulation).
  • Right to object to the processing of your data based on our legitimate interest (Art. 21 of the Regulation).
  • The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
